It's such a disingenuous opening set of debts here. I'm sure the Storch group would happily pay those smaller creditors instantly & IN FULL (not just 25p in a pound) but those rules (stupidly) don't apply as Chansiri would legally be due the same cut which is the VAST majority.

This has been coming for over 60s years since the match fixing scandal. Chansiri isnt the first dodgy owner and judging by current bidders he isnt the last. Bent clubs attract certain owners.
