Nice list but there are things that shouldn’t be in the list 1. Local Rice 2. Meat Those two are an exception. Meat whether red or white are super good for the body. As you grow all your muscle wear out, you need proteins for constant muscle repair and building of muscles.

I said red meat. There are other sources of protein you can get your proteins from such as poultry, fish, and plant-based proteins. Yes red meat is rich in high-quality protein, heme iron, zinc, and B vitamins (especially B12). These are crucial for muscle growth, energy production, immune function, and overall health. But red meat also increases Risk of Chronic Diseases, contains saturated fats, which can raise LDL cholesterol levels, contributing to heart disease and is high in calories. As you age, risks outweigh benefits so isn't it best to opt for safer protein sources than subject your body to the possibility of chronic diseases and others mentioned above? I said white rice. White rice is polished over processed rice👇

Rather than picking food, I'll advise people to take regular exercise more seriously and regular medical check-up, I live in the West and these are the main food you have around and people still get to live till 80s,90s but in Nigeria people die at lesser age, healthcare is zero.

They have better living conditions. The things we are battling with plenty 😭
