@dharford79 ‘Speeding’ is something different then driving too fast for conditions. Speedlimits are different per country. Your dual carriageways have a limit of 112 kph and tractors are allowed. In NL this limit is 100 and no tractors allowed. Is a 112 in the NLs unsafe?
