@ChrisWillx The way you think determines your reality. I think life is created by the accumulation of our morals and values. Overtime we in essence live the lives we once dreamed of.

Neural pathways through the brain strengthen or weaken through use. Use a neural pathway again and again — thinking a certain way, or about a particular thing — and it’s like a well-trampled elephant path in the jungle. Train a habit of not thinking that way, and you let the path grow over, and eventually fully return to the jungle. It takes work to train the mind to stop using old paths and start using new ones. You have to repeatedly adjust your thoughts, again and again. But when you do it, you can completely realign your thoughts to work in a way that you deem better, more productive, less reactive, or simply more liberating.

@ChrisWillx Absolutely. Every thought shapes your brain, reinforcing patterns and creating new connections. With intentional thinking, you can rewire your mindset, transform habits, and even change your perception of the world. Your brain becomes what you repeatedly focus on—choose wisely.

@ChrisWillx Thoughts are powerful architects. Every time you think, you’re reshaping neural pathways. The question is: Are you building a structure that serves you or one that traps you?
