The one thing I continually hate about these vibe coded three js games is that they ALL use these weird synthesized 8 bit type sounds instead of at the very minimum using some free stock sound library. It sounds horrendous and instantly marks it as slop.

This threejs experience am building is going to be insanely amazing. Built a tiny harbour town - an apartment I can't move into 🏮 Started with a single illustration. This will turn it into a whole explorable city with Opus 5.5 + Blender + Three.js. little robots wandering the piers. warm windows over teal water. a boat you can actually take out in the rain. cozy little worlds where you come to look around and accidentally spend the evening. Stay tuned..

I had an early access to GPT-6 Astra and I can say, everyone in the world now has a 3D designer at their fingertips. I gave it an image of a house and asked to create it in 3D with all the details including toys, appliances and furniture. This a full 3D model reconstruction in Blender with geometry that you can manually tweak and run 60fps as a locally rendered "game" on device.

I had an early access to GPT-6 Astra and I can say, everyone in the world now has a 3D designer at their fingertips. Crazy experience hooking my laptop up to my tv via HDMI and playing a browser-based Three.js game made with AI in a few days with my wireless PS5 controller... Imagine if you can dream up any map on zombies (or any game/world) and play split screen with your friends from your couch using controllers on a Three.js game that runs in the browser… a little input lag on controller movement, but exciting to see where this space can go!

Turned my coastal demo into a cozy fishing game 🎣 Catch fish, sell them to Joe and buy new tackle and parts for your boat from Marta by the boathouse! Did a lot of additional iteration on the environments, plants, models and graphics, adding in more wear and tear to make it look more realistic. Ran an optimization pass which improved performance from 60FPS to 100FPS, but I chewed up most of that adding in new features. It's also now using native WebGPU to give the AI more control. I thought maybe it would struggle with this since Three.js code is likely much more common in training data, but it never missed a beat. Anyways, this is my last update on this project. Wanted to see how far I could take Opus 5.5. Didn't really find the limits to be honest.

I asked Opus 5.5, GPT-6 Astra, GPT-6 Sol, Kimi K3 to build the Eiffel Tower in Three.js. Opus 5.5: $8.95 | 10 mins GPT-6 Astra: $7.45 | 8 mins GPT-6 Sol: $3.90 | 5 mins Kimi K3: $4.04 | 6 mins Opus 5.5 really impressed me. I built an entire Gothic basilica with Opus 5.5, and I’ve open-sourced it. ⛪✨ Basilica of Celestial Light is especially close to my heart. I genuinely loved creating this church. Working on it brought me a real sense of peace, and being able to share it with everyone feels just as meaningful. Everything was created with Opus 5.5, entirely in code. No external assets: no imported 3D models, image textures, or audio files. The architecture, stained glass, landscape, lighting, and soundscape are all generated at runtime with Three.js. You can walk through the nave, visit the crypt, climb the bell tower, explore the gardens, or take the guided tour, all directly in your browser. The project is open source under the MIT license. Explore it, learn from it, change it, fork it, and make something of your own. I’d genuinely love to see what others create from it. Fable 5.1 is an absolute beast for game dev. I took my Opus 5 space game and told Fable to "just make it look better". It overhauled everything with a TON of detail, AND made it 2x faster 🤯 Code: Demo: Every pixel you see is made by AI. Fable modeled everything in Blender, generated textures with code, and in a few cases ran image models via CLI. In mere months we'll be vibe-coding AAA graphics at this rate. Just insane. Of course, Fable recorded and edited this comparison video too (with a little help from Opus at the end, because of the Fable outage)

anthropic cooked hard with opus 5.2 after testing it for a whole day, i can say this model is so good > huge step up from opus 5 > on par with astra > faster than opus 5 > way better at frontend and 3d here’s one frontend test i ran and it’s the best output any model has given me even better than astra you can check fable 5.1 output with same prompt in QT and tbh opus 5.2 just mogs everyone here really hoping that anthropic will release this model officially this week

I'm truly impressed with Opus 5.5. I asked it to visualise Atlantis in ThreeJS for me, and it created a tour around Poseidia, the last surviving island of Atlantis. Sound on 🔊 for full trailer experience. Even this trailer is made by Opus 5.5 as well. I think we’re on the verge of a new type of media: Generative Experiences. The idea is that you can describe a world you have in mind and step into it is pretty incredible. You could explore its cities, meet its inhabitants, discover its stories, and shape what happens next through your own choices. This took Opus 5.5 about two hours to make. But if we extrapolate a year into the future, I can imagine being able to conjure up these kinds of fantastical, immersive experiences within seconds. The possibilities go well beyond gaming. Writers could walk through the worlds they’re building. Children could explore an ancient civilisation and ask questions along the way. Learning could become an experience you actively participate in, with the world responding to what you’re curious about. This is incredibly exciting and I am here for it. Alrighty, so I let Opus 5 complete another round of improvements on the kart racing game. Partial renders, mobile performance, controls/camera adjustments are much better now. Not sure what's more impressive, that AI can produce this.. or that this runs in the browser (thanks Three.js!). Mind blowing honestly. What should I do next?
