Big difference is seeing the loop live: prompt → inspect diff → tighten constraint → rerun. Most YouTube vids skip the edit/review discipline, which is where Claude Code actually becomes reliable.

What clicked for me was running a plan turn before any file touches. Two turns beats one messy turn every time.

I always wondered why a CLI / terminal app instead of an editor - now it makes sense... Anthropic engineers have their preferences for different IDEs, so rather than creating many plugins/extensions for IDEs or their own, terminal is the lowest common denominator. AI is getting so good there's hardly any need today and unlikely any need in the future.

We can further improve this. I’m building h5i to address this by managing agent context as a Git-like DAG:
