Love this. I wish it showed the provider's body position. We must use our body weight for proper force and release for full chest wall recoil. We need to thoroughly educate on depth. The majority of CPR performed by non-HC professionals result in far too shallow of compressions.

To really teach it, people need to know how much pressure it really takes. Show that. Most people don't have the strength for it. It takes a lot of pressure. The ribs usually break and the administrator will get winded.

The best video anyone will watch today. A couple minutes that could literally save a life.

Except, the proper way to do CPR is to do rescue breathing first. Especially, when you’re doing it with the elderly, because you risk breaking their ribs once you have to go to compressions. I don’t know why they changed it, and I don’t know when, because I’ve been out of the industry for a while, but this is ridiculous to have people doing compressions first.
