He walked up to a 68-year-old amputee playing music in his wheelchair on the Seattle waterfront. He accused the veteran of "stolen valor" and violently ripped a military patch off his chair. When the disabled man pulled a small knife to defend himself, Timm pulled a handgun and shot him. The veteran miraculously survived. Yesterday, a judge finally sentenced Timm.
