The headline and lede claimed Letby was on duty for 12 of the 13 baby deaths during the relevant indictment period. That's not true. Liz Hull knows it's not true. She admits this herself in the article, in the most underhanded way possible: "Letby was on duty or had been on shift less than a couple of hours before five of the six other babies died." In other—clearer—words: Letby was not on duty when some of these babies died. Rather, she was on duty on the shift that preceded these babies' deaths. What's even more remarkable is that Hull, only four months ago, argued in her own podcast that nine deaths for which Letby was never charged were expected and explained. Two accomplished engineers (one ex-U.S. Air Force) involved in some important programs have gone missing, but neither in circumstances that truly suggest they were victims of sinister forces. Abdulkadir Mohamed Haji: Forty fishermen were killed and left in the lake, and not a single senator requested a special sitting to investigate their deaths. Are there Kenyans who are not truly Kenyans? Are we to believe that we are brothers and sisters or just cousins, for that matter? Is the death of Albert Ojwang an opportunity for political expedience? Some people will label me, say I’m a brother to so-and-so, but I was a patriot before anything else. I have personally put my life on the line for this country. Let us be sincere with each other and agree we are brothers and sisters.
