I see your point, but look at Saxony and Brandenburg - they weren't border-regions then, but Mitteldeutscland(sic). Maybe the maker should have dotted-line the historical border or something.

For Hanover they obviously used the modern (2001) borders of the 'Region Hanover' which encompasses both the town and its district. You can recognise the shape as early as 1900. That's why it appears flat, in contrast to the neighboring Brunswick and Hildesheim peaks.

This took place two years ago in Heide, Germany. It is only a three-minute excerpt from hours of torture of a German girl by a gang of migrants. When the mother saw the video, she almost collapsed! The girl is severely traumatized. The migrant torture gang got away with it because they were still “too young.” This happens every day in Germany. Most of the time, it is simply not filmed or published. Not to mention that on average, more than two gang rapes take place every day in Germany.
