the onboarding is such a huge part of an apps success

Totally man

3 month is an interesting one not seen too many apps doing that tbf

I have seen it a couple of times actually

The stacked discount wins the signup, not the second payment. Every extra 50% off on exit just pulls in people who were leaving anyway, and they churn at the first rebill. Real onboarding makes the value land before price ever comes up, and that's what protects month two.

This is one of the best examples of how long onboarding actually converts better if executed well!

Mascot 💕

We are so backkkk

Cute flow removes friction but friction isn't why most users churn — what's the mechanism that makes someone open it on day 11 instead of day 3?

great example of how a fun mascot and personalized flow can lift sign ups and keep users coming back. those tiny review prompts really push conversion rates

Stacking discounts on paywall exit is a small detail but it clearly does a lot of the conversion work.

The review mid onboarding would be a good way to grow but Apple recently banned it.

the mascot motions are Lottie?

nice, the mascot and mid flow review really drives the 20k/mo the double discount trick is clever but can hurt perceived value solid play

I see so many app postings here that make +20k/month Everyone says the process is super easy with AI So what is important? Or is it just part of the marketing? Anyone?
