It is VERY difficult to get this size. It's much more difficult than being in shape. You have to dedicate your life to it. You can't do it part time. She is working hard and spending a fortune to be made fun of by kids. What's frustrating about these situations is that she doesn't even need to do anything to fix herself. She doesn't need a specialized diet or rigorous training plan. She could talk to a normal sized average person and see what they eat like and just copy that.
