This looks great and has amazing usability potential! But as a user, I'm paranoid that my account will get banned for this. 😅 And as a maker, I've walked this road with Notion. A product like this is one call away from being shut down due to a ToS violation. I wish it will turn out to be great for you, though! Just wanted to share my 2 cents to help you with some considerations.

I'm notified the moment a relevant job is posted on Upwork, and it's automatically placed into my personal job board on Trello, so I can either bid on it myself, or my agency va's can send out a proposal. This is what you're competing against so it's time to up your game. This took me a while to build, but it was well worth the time. This was asked for for YEARS and I could never find time to build it myself 🗺️ Hoodmaps for 🏡 Airbnb Hoodmaps is my app that lets you find out where to stay in a city, it classifies neighborhoods by: 🟥 Tourists 🟨 Cool 🟩 Rich 🟦 Suits ⬜️ Normies I asked Claude Code to build it and it kinda works, not perfect but a start I just need to get the map to update faster and then publish it as a Chrome extension For now you can try it though: Copy paste that in console on Airbnb map, type your city as a slug (like los-angeles) and it should work Happy booking!!!

If I have a plug or a hack to get a better deal or more food, would I share it online? Probably not, the chances that it would ruin it me or the company is pretty high. Especially if other locations catch on. I feel that if I shared this, what would happen is more and more people would try to take advantage of it and the store would issue a policy to stop it. What I’m conflicted about is, by ordering a taco in a bowl, I would be getting a $15 bowl for $4. Is it my fault the company has a loophole like that, or should I even feel guilty about exploiting it if it’s only for my benefit? Or is it a scenario where everything is fair game because the restaurant allows us to do that. Whose fault is it that we figured out how to get their pricier item for less? Someone else called it theft, but is this really theft if it’s allowed? They allow us to put our taco shell in a bowl. They allow us to ask for as many extras that we want. So would I really be the bad guy for taking advantage of this? I figured if this was a real issue the store would have stopped it, and to this day as far as I know, anyone can still do this. When I get a chance this week I’ll go and try to do this again to see if it still works, I’ll keep you posted.

🔌Today I created a virtual web-based null modem so now you can finally play Quake 1 (from 1996) in multiplayer in the browser with other people online! This week I was able to create a virtual printer that listens on the COM2 port to make a web-based printer work in Windows 3.11, like on you can actually print to, it was one of my ideas when I started but it was always too difficult to make, I had no idea where to start, but this week AI was able to do it! Today I woke up and thought "if we can listen to COM2 via JS, how about listen to COM1 from Quake 1?" then we could forward the COM1 data via Websockets and to another user to create a virtual null modem (A null modem was a cable you'd use to connect two computers to each other directly in the 90s, if you couldn't afford buying a network card you'd use this to network, but you could only play with one other computer not multiple) So I built it, it took about an hour and works! I wanted to get Quake 1 in DOS to work with multiplayer for 2 years but I could never get it to work, but now it did it This project is a good benchmark of how capable AI is becoming, figuring stuff out that humans would take months within an hour You can try it here, I don't know how it will match lots of people but let's see, you have to exit to DOS first (ALT-F4 or FN-Option-F4 on Mac), then type CD games, then CD quake, then quake, then ESC, then Multiplayer, then either Create New Game or Join Game, and use Direct Connect, keep settings same and you're in!
