Garage sitting was a thing every afternoon in my mom's FL 55+ community. It's a social thing. Backyards are fenced off. Garage faces the street & they all chat w each other as ppl walk by. It is good for elderly & harms nobody. These ppl get off on crushing happiness. So stupid.

It’s funny, with you who live in HOA communities. Did you never read the fine print when you signed up to agree with the rules? It’s simple, they didn’t force you to move in, they tell you up front what is accepted and not. If they don’t then it’s up to you to ask before signing on the dotted line. But if you then disagree at that time or later on, then it’s up to you to move on. Not for them to change to now accommodate you because you no longer like the rules that you agreed to abide by in the beginning.. So stop crying like they are doing something to you, when YOU agreed to it…take accountability for the choice you made to live within that HOA community..

🤣 I hate hoa's too. I was scolded for having 2 beach bikes parked next to my house. So I asked my HOA guy if it's transportation.. I'll park them in my driveway. I PARKED THEM IN THE MIDDLE OF MY DRIVEWAY EVERY SINGLE DAY just to piss off my neighbor off more. I won.
