Today we attended court in Chelmsford regarding Muqbil Al Dhaheri, 36, who sexually assaulted an NHS staff member at Broomfield Hospital — and it was very eye-opening. When we arrived, we were told we couldn’t enter the courtroom because it was a “sensitive case” and police expected hundreds of protesters outside. In reality, there was not a single protester there. Because of this, public access was restricted and only seven of us were eventually allowed in alongside the press. He arrived at court on the public shuttle bus that runs 365 days a year from Wethersfield into Chelmsford, Braintree and Colchester. He had a phone, a watch, and was wearing a coat with a Union Jack sign saying “Good for nothing, United Kingdom.” He sat in the waiting room while we, as members of the public, were told we could not sit in the same waiting area. In court, it was stated his date of birth is recorded as 01/01/1990. A plea was made that he had never broken the law before. We also heard he missed two pre-court meetings — one by email and one by text — and did not attend either. It was claimed his asylum lawyer advised him not to attend the second. The court also heard he does not understand right from wrong and that his level of danger has not yet been fully assessed. The case has now been adjourned, and he is allowed out Monday to Thursday until the next hearing, meaning he can still travel into town and city centres during half term. The next court date is 7th April, Court 1, Chelmsford at 10am. He required an interpreter, had a lawyer and a probation representative present, yet the case centres around the sexual assault of a frontline NHS worker. What we witnessed was restricted public access based on a protest that never happened, missed official meetings, and a case adjourned while risk is still being assessed. Most importantly, an NHS worker at Broomfield Hospital was assaulted. That should be the focus. Justice for victims and accountability should come first. Holly England

Not even the men are safe from these asylum seekers… Mohammed Altaher, a migrant from Iraq was found guilty of raping two men in the UK in 2019. He then went on a Channel 4 documentary and complained about the police treatment, saying he would prefer to be in Iraq than suffer the injustice of police questioning in the UK. Another victim saw the episode and came forward. On April 8, 2026, he was found guilty of this rape too. He had already been sentenced to 10 years in 2023 for the other two rapes. The latest one got him a 5 year sentence with 7 years “on licence”. This will run concurrently so he will be out in 2033 at the latest. Why should these run concurrently? Surely each crime should have a sentence that is cumulative with other sentences otherwise the victims are treated as not counting.

According to his family, he has bipolar disorder, and his condition became worse after the passing of his mother. He is currently under medical care and takes prescribed medication. The family explained that during some episodes of his illness, he may leave home and wander the streets. This has led many people to believe that he is homeless, which is not true. They also shared that he has a passion for recycling and environmental conservation, which is why he is sometimes seen collecting recyclable materials or around dumpsites. I would like to clarify to the general public that this man is not homeless. He has a loving family that cares deeply for him. When you see him on the streets, please do not judge or discriminate against him. Instead, treat him with dignity, kindness, and respect, knowing that he is living with a mental health condition. The family has also appealed to the public not to buy him alcohol or give him weed, as both can interfere with his prescribed medication and may seriously affect his health. Or that he has often being fundraising on false pretences to begin with, with claims that he was going to use funds to "fight" his contempt of court case only to plead guilty, or fundraising on the back of claims that he was in jail for "telling the truth" (he wasn't). Or that in 2022 he himself told the court that he wasted £100k of his supporters donations on gambling, and more on "drinks, alcohol and partying." In my opinion, all of the victims of Tommy Robinson's scams should organise to take legal action. And he should face criminal charges. Using your followers online like this is degenerate filth.

On 1 January 2026, Julian Pereira, a Brazilian asylum seeker left what appeared to be a bomb outside the front door of MI5’s headquarters in Vauxhall, London. The CCTV camera operator saw it and police were called away from a major event to deal with it. Pereira was arrested at his asylum hotel in Uxbridge and has been at the magistrate’s court this week but the judge has referred it to the Old Bailey, as the maximum sentence he could have set was 12 months. What is truly astonishing about this case is how long it takes the system to deal with a rejected asylum claim. Pereira came to the UK to work in July 2018. From February 2019 he was in the country illegally. 7 years later, in 2026, he is still in the UK and for 5 years of that time he was housed in taxpayer funded accommodation. This asylum claim was rejected in 2023 and his appeal rejected in December 2025. What is going on with asylum claims/processing that it takes 5 years and even then they are not deported?
