That's saying, idc what a judge or jury decided, I personally dont like the death penalty, and im going to let the worst of the worst be spared the death sentence and let them live their full lives at the cost of the taxpayers while the families of the victims get no closure

She wasn’t there to defend selling merchandise. She testified that Todd Blanche fired her after she refused to recommend restoring gun rights to Mel Gibson, and she said Blanche’s public explanation for firing her was “provably false.” That’s why Democrats called her. And your comparison is absurd. The convicted felon and his crime syndicate have made hundreds of millions of dollars from branded merchandise, crypto ventures, Bibles, watches, sneakers, guitars, fragrances, and other products while in office. That’s not remotely comparable to a former DOJ employee selling a few T-shirts or mugs. The real issue is that Todd Blanche and the convicted felon used the pardon power to free people convicted of assaulting police officers on January 6, while this former pardon attorney supported commuting some federal death sentences to life without parole, meaning those inmates will die in prison. Those are fundamentally different decisions. Schmidt didn’t expose some great hypocrisy. He dodged her actual allegations and substituted political theater for substance.
