“Rent is due every day. I’m in year five, it’s time for me to start getting to that point. I looked at BG a lot and how he led. Making everybody feel included, making everybody feel welcome. Always keeping a smile on his face. Just keep the torch going “ Jordan Davis has been voted an Eagles team captain by his teammates for the first time. He wants to follow in Brandon Graham’s footsteps as a leader. Bringing good vibes every day to the team. Good podcast with Jordan Davis on taking his game and leadership to another level this season.

Ex-Citadel analyst and Millennium PM revealed what $500K/year hedge fund life actually costs you - he turned down Citadel's return offer to find out. Doug Garber worked at Citadel as an analyst, ran his own pod at Millennium, then turned down a return offer from Citadel to build something of his own - he spent years inside both of the most competitive multi-manager funds on earth and has never given an interview like this before you will watch 53 minutes of the most honest Citadel vs Millennium comparison ever put on camera: centralized machine vs entrepreneurial pods, why the best PMs leave, and what $500K/year actually costs you personally Bookmark & watch - then ask yourself if you'd turn down Citadel the way he did.

Today is the 1 year mark of the passing of our beloved teammate Davis Heller. In our most recent podcast, we debated the 'All-Time Greats' during the Powell era. Former Crusader Josh Black meant so much to the program that we now have an award named after him. He, like Davis Heller, was a 'glue' guy; an unbelievable teammate, person, and player. As we honor Davis's memory today, take a listen to what HBC Landon Powell and former asst. Stewart Hunt had to say about a 'twin pillar' of the NGU ⚾️ program; Josh Black. And the player on the current roster who most exemplifies the attributes of Davis and Josh today.... His name is Pat Monteith and he and Coach Powell are on a ✈️ to San Diego to attend the Davis Heller Foundation event this weekend. #DH33

“I feel her with me everyday.” 🪽 This one hit home ❤️ Just weeks after losing his mom to brain cancer, Josh Lowe hit a three-run home run — his first as an Angel. He pointed to the sky… then to his heart. During my time with the Rays, I got to know the Lowe family well. I watched Josh and Nathaniel walk through their mom Wendy’s battle with brain cancer with grace and unconditional support for their mom. Wendy was one of the most encouraging people I met in this game. One of the last texts she sent me was a song: “One Day” by Cochren & Co. Now one of my favorite songs. Some moments are bigger than baseball. 🤍

Jon here. I need to talk about something serious This time of year loadsa people are on their own, in a bad place and are suffering. Every year I zoom a few of these people on Xmas day But there’s sadly too many. Luckily @samaritanscharity have been there for years, 365 days of the year answering the call for those in need Now our new video drops on our official YouTube channel at 10am tomorrow. It’s a joy. A musical love letter to my wife But the whole point of it is to raise awareness cos not everybody has someone to go home to. Please share the message and help us get the charity some money and awareness in these difficult times Love to you all Jon

🚨MUST LISTEN: SHOCKING LEAKED AUDIO we obtained of my "Republican" opponent's OWN POLL!! Jon Garrett was forced to counseling for being "DRUNK WHILE TAKING CARE OF HIS YOUNG CHILDREN!?!?"... DONATED TO DEMOCRATS who want "men in women's' bathrooms"!?!... "REFUSED TO VOTE... FOR TRUMP?!?" These are just some of the questions that JON'S OWN TEAM asked voters in an attempt to determine how best to cover up their liberal candidate and deceive voters into believing he's a "conservative Republican." Listen to this rare glimpse inside an Austin swamp RINO operation and ask yourself... should this person be running in a REPUBLICAN primary... or for any office at all!!?? TRANSCRIPT: Jon Garrett pollster: "Jon Garrett refused to vote for conservatives and didn’t vote for Ted Cruz or for Donald Trump.” Respondent: “You said that Jon Garrett did what?” Jon Garrett pollster: “Jon Garrett refused to vote for conservatives and didn’t vote for Ted Cruz or Donald Trump.” Respondent: “And, what are my options? Whether I would vote for him or not?” Jon Garrett pollster: “Whether you would be more likely, less likely to vote for that candidate.” Respondent: “Less likely.” Jon Garrett pollster: “Is that much less or somewhat less?” Respondent: “Much less.” Jon Garrett pollster: “Gotcha. And Jon Garrett advocated for tearing down Donald Trump’s border wall.” Respondent: “Much less likely.” Jon Garrett pollster: “Jon Garrett has given thousands of dollars to liberal Democrats who want to allow men in women’s bathrooms.” Respondent: “Much less likely.” Jon Garrett pollster: “Jon Garrett is an alcoholic who was ordered to go to counseling because he was constantly drunk while taking care of his young children.” Respondent: “Much less likely.” Jon Garrett pollster: “And thinking again about next year’s primary elections, if the Republican primary for the state house of representative were held today, would you vote for Matt Authier, Brian Harrison, or Jon Garrett?” Respondent: “Definitely Brian Harrison.”

No matter how you feel about Josh Giddey’s play on the court, you could not have asked a 21 year old to handle what came his way any better. Through all he went through this season, I couldn’t be more proud of how he’s stayed dignified and mature.

Individual Championship defended 🤝 Jon Rahm Rodriguez SU-ANN: "Jon, congratulations. It's your third consecutive season-long title. When you look back at your season, regardless of what happened this week, what are you the most proud of?" RAHM: "Yeah, the last two weeks haven't been the best, have they. I would say proud of earlier in the season. I think to start off as well as I did with a few second places and not getting the win and then going to Hong Kong and getting it done when I needed to, having a lead and then basically losing it and birdieing four in a row in the last few holes was probably the most proud moment." "It's been great. It's been a great year. Again, a little sour taste in my mouth because of how badly I played this week. But it's been something to be proud of." "After last year and not getting the win, having possibly a question mark over the season-long race, to win twice and do it effectively and win it again definitely feels good." #LIVGolfNewYork | Legion XIII

There are more important things in life. Erik Van Rooyen, an incredibly talented South African golfer, has just clinched victory at the World Wide Technology Championship. His interview will leave you in tears. George Savaricas from NBC started his post-round interview with a question: 'How were you able to remain so composed when the stakes were at their highest? Erik took what seemed like the longest 10 seconds to respond, tears streaming down his cheeks. "Sorry," he eventually said, his voice trembling. "I stayed calm because there are more important things in life than golf." The 33-year-old golfer was referring to his best friend and former University of Minnesota teammate, Jon Trasamar. Jon had been battling Stage 4 melanoma for over a year, and despite hopes of recovery in late 2022, the cancer persisted. As reported by Ryan French, after failing to advance past the first stage of Q-School last autumn, Jon went for a follow-up, only to find that the cancer had spread to his ribs. Despite treatment and signs of improvement, another doctor's visit in February revealed that the cancer had spread to his liver, back, spine, and legs. Now, Erik sadly shared that Jon has just six to ten weeks left to live. Thank you for reminding us all that there are more important things in life (insert thing here). Sending you all love and kindness.

🚨⛳️🤔 #SHAME — Rory McIlroy on Jon Rahm not accepting the DPWT penalties & the Ryder Cup: "In my opinion, it's a really generous deal. Like it's a much softer deal than what Brooks took to come back and play on the PGA Tour…” “Obviously Jon doesn't think so, and he's obviously well within his rights to think that way. But I just don't see what more the European Tour can do to accommodate these guys to retain their membership." TRACKING RORY Rory also said this Jon not agreeing too play two extra events on the DPWT: “I’m sure Jon doesn’t want to go to South Africa next week, but he’s going there” ☠️ Do you agree with Rory?

Jon Snow shutting down Daenerys was one of his coldest moments. At this point, Jon had a habit of leaving the North… only to end up saying, “I need to go home.” Seriously, Jon… just stay in Winterfell. One of my favorite moments was when he made it clear: “I don’t need your permission. I am a King.” 👀 Daenerys was used to people bending the knee, but Jon never let titles or dragons intimidate him. He respected her, yet he refused to abandon his principles or his people. A lot of what followed could have been avoided if Tyrion hadn’t kept trying to balance his loyalty to Daenerys with his love for his family. Those divided loyalties only pushed everyone closer to disaster. Jon had reached his limit, and for one of the few times in the series, he wasn’t backing down. 🥀

UNCOMMITTED 2026 Josh Hart ( Josh Hart ) is ready to open his recruitment! Josh is a 6'8", 225 lb righty who has been grinding at Tread for the last year. Here's a good look at where he's currently at. 88-91 mph (indoors) 60% strikes in this pen + sinker + changeup good feel for a slider that will continue to develop PLENTY of room to grow all the way around. Josh will eventually be an upper 90s arm in my humble opinion. Seeking ALL collegiate opportunities. Live ABs and summer ball coming soon! No more flat 400m for Rai Benjamin ❌ 🗣️ “I’m done. This year was just for fun, and I proved that I can run with the best. I pretty much beat every seasoned 400m runner in pretty much every race this year.” Rai Benjamin’s exploratory season in the flat event went about as good as he could’ve hoped. The Olympic and World champion over 400mH ran a PB of 43.83, won the London Diamond League, and only lost once to anyone other than Collen Kebinatshipi. Next season, the race for sub-46 is on. 🎥 FULL INTERVIEW:
