Let me address the UP party directly. You went into 2024 telling Ghanaians that both the NPP government and the NDC alternative were not good enough. Fine. But the NDC is now in power doing far worse than anything you accused the NPP of and instead of holding them accountable, you are defending them. Why? The NDC promised Ghanaians a RESET. They said everything the NPP did was bad. They set the standard themselves. So we do not even need to remind anyone what the NPP said. Hold the NDC to THEIR OWN words. If reset means sole-sourcing GHS 73 billion, then what exactly was reset?

This argument conveniently demands “full context” only when it is being used to defend him, while completely ignoring the context surrounding his repeated treatment of Nomy. If we are talking about context, then let’s talk about all of it. Tram didn’t simply wake up one day and become the “victim” of Nomy’s reaction. He has repeatedly provoked her. He explicitly said he would frustrate her and turn the house against her. That is not an innocent misunderstanding. That is an expressed intention to antagonise someone and isolate them socially. And this is not just about one argument. There has also been a repeated pattern of age-shaming and body-shaming Nomy. The “he only said ‘somewhere is smelling’” defence is also deliberately narrow. Context is not just about the exact wording of one sentence. Context includes the pattern of interactions that led to the confrontation, what had been said before it, and what each person had been doing throughout the situation. This was the mood of Ghanaians when Nkrumah was overthrown. Most Ghanaians today would have hated Nkrumah but our social studies books and the hero worship Nkrumah created around himself has made discussing Nkrumah an emotional topic. Under Nkrumah, you couldn't criticise him. The media was not allowed to publish anything negative. His political opponents were jailed. And private business was difficult. Most of the factories and state institutions had failed due to corruption, nepotism and incompetence in the 1960s. Talking about the ills of Nkrumah today seem likes talking about a religious figure. I hope one day our social studies books will show us the good and bad of each government from 1957. Show us all the records of each government across all sectors, the projects they started, those they inherited, when each was completed, the length of years each had and the amount of wealth each had. May be then, we would have an open mind about the Nkrumah conversation.

On July 8th YouTube gave me a content warning for the clip below. Where I react to a vtuber clip. In which I made a double entendre joke about filling her hole. Made in context of a game where she was filling dirt hole. I appealed this and was denied, and then denied via email again when my team contacted YouTube support. This is absurd, so many people have made much more explicit sexual jokes on YouTube and not been hit with strikes or warnings. Nor should they have been. TeamYouTube the fact that this video was removed completely and not even just set to being 18 plus suggest that in YouTube’s view, this joke is not even suitable for adults. That it went far beyond the pale. And the idea that an adult would fine this harmless double entendre, in context with a literal hole, offensive is absurd. Additionally as this was a joke it is allowed under the content guidelines. “Usage of sexual jokes and innuendos (such as mimicking sex acts in a humorous way) that does not use vulgar or obscene terms (such as music lyrics referencing sexual tension).” My only theories as to why this was flagged was the word “hole” despite the context of a video where a literal dirt hole was being filled, is considered a vulgar or obscene term not fit for YouTube. Or that because the video was zoomed in on me when I said the word “hole” and there was no hole on screen for half a second meant that some ai assumed there was no context in the video and no one checking this video afterwards watched half a second before the zoom to check for context. YouTube I am asking you to remove the warning on my account, and even if full monetization cannot be restored on the video, at least it should be republished and restricted to 18 plus viewers. There is no way that any reasonable human could watch this clip, and see it as overly sexual. Nor do I believe you want to make creators afraid to say the word hole in fear it could be taken as a sexual joke by some ai. This is not even about making people worried about using explicit terms or making direct sexual jokes. This is a double entendre. Nothing more intense than something would say “that’s what she said” in reply to. Please YouTube, correct your mistake. YouTubeCreators (not sure which accounts I should @ so that last one is just incase) —————————- To all those reading this, please help push this, help my voice be heard. Make them fix their mistake. There are allegations that shouldn’t be used except you’re 100% certain and you have evidence. One of such is a rape allegation. If Tram really said that women get raped because they are ugly, then bring the actual clip. The full, unedited clip. Not hearsay, not “someone said he said it,” not a retelling that conveniently leaves out the context. Because Tram has denied making that statement, and a serious allegation like that cannot suddenly become fact just because it makes a better storyline. And the same thing applies to this “he provoked her” narrative. He said “somewhere is smelling.” He did NOT say “you are smelling.” She interpreted it as being directed at her and the situation escalated from there. Meanwhile, the same person had already crossed the line by dragging his late father into an argument and making deeply disrespectful comments about him. You cannot deliberately hit someone where it hurts, especially by bringing their deceased parent into an argument, then turn around and rewrite the entire situation because they reacted. Call Tram out when he is actually wrong. Nobody is asking anyone to excuse bad behaviour. But don’t manufacture quotes, don’t attach serious allegations to someone without evidence, and don’t erase everything that happened before the reaction just to create a convenient victim-and-villain storyline. Bring the full clip. Bring the full context. Tell the whole story.
