You don't need a smoker to smoke meat. You can get a smoke tube, some pellets, a torch and use a conventional grill. You could even use a cardboard box and a stick. A 6" tube will get you 1.5 hours of smoke. This Picanha isn't getting cooked. It's just cold smoke.
