These are already taught in primary schools. But kids eat it even knowing that it is junk. That became a habit for them. If we ask them to list the junk food, they can easily list it down. But it remains in theory.

Funny thing in the video is showing real junk food and showing photos of real food😂😂 teachers can’t find real banana to show it on the demo…

Creative games like ground games are more important than other indoor games. Education policy needs to be changes at many levels. 👍🏻

Schools already have food chart where they show food pic n tell us which is healthy and unhealthy. This is a better method though.
