Because of art history class I know the Master Dutch painter Johannes Vermeer (1632–1675), is widly believed to have used a camera obscura to make his painting's, so there is precedence. (His work is freaking awesome too, BUT "it's like Barry Bonds HR record")

I hope it inspires him to move on to do his own works. A lot of artists I've met start with tracing to learn basics when the typical methods didn't work

Many muralists already use projectors to overlay their mockups onto walls. This is just an evolution. Though, it still takes a decent artist to put a proper finish/polish on the final piece.

Its fine, people use projectors in the old days~ Just be sure you made the art you are tracing imo

The modern version of "camera obscura", this technique was probably used by Vermeer as far back as the 1600s.

One wrong move when putting headset off youre face and it's toast 🤭 Absolute safe way to do this is to never touch headset until indoors or night (no direct sunlight) which kinda sucks

If someone uses Ai to make the image then stenciled it using this method, And then just painted a copy of the original image. Would all the art lovers of the world call it Ai or real art? If you just copy a picture are you an artist?
