Hence why she ordered on mobile. Unless she is physically disabled, shouldn't she go INSIDE to pickup her order? Are we that lazy of people anymore, that we expect service with everything. She kept trying to show the employee her phone which had the mobile order on it, yet the employee refused and told her to come inside. Should this be allowed for anyone with a form of disability to accommodate them per ADA rules? At what point should the line be drawn.

The woman recording went to this store to shop, when she got close to the register she was confronted by one of the workers who saw she has keloids on her skin and confused it with monkeypox. The worker then refused her service and told her she had to leave. The woman was upset and explained to her that no she doesn’t have monkeypox it’s just keloids. The worker acknowledges she made a mistake and apologizes, however she still is refusing to serve her and asks her to leave, she even calls a manager who tells her to call security. It’s understandable if she thought she had a contagious disease but once that was cleared up shouldn’t she had just rang her up and let her go on with her day?

The lady in blue is a dock worker, she tells the boatload of people, they can't dock there, instead of the boat complying and moving on, they become belligerent and start to dock anyway, the dock worker has to keep repeating herself over and over, the boatload of people become more aggressive and throw a drink at the dock worker, she finally loses her cool and jumps on board and a dangerous situation erupts. Finally the dock worker gets off the boat and so does several of the passenger's. Do you think the dock worker was correct in her actions, or do you think she should have waited for backup?

All blame-shifting. Worker was calm and right. This is the problem: the vendor cannot read minds. They cannot know whether the child can or cannot have something. This is a failure in parenting because you cannot trust your son to follow your instructions. You then blame the worker for your kids failings and your own parental screw ups.
