I've never even got to the point of eating pure butter and I do no portion control at all. I've been remiss with my workouts since I started carnivore. But STILL I lost more weight than I ever did in my life without even making much effort. (I'm gotta stop being lazy though)

Everyday, I break my fast around 11–two eggs & a glass of raw milk. That always keeps me full until dinner (well, I drink an afternoon coffee, too). I know if I didn’t consume those, I’d be snacking all afternoon.

Full & satiated are definitely not the same. SAD will fill you up, but won’t last. Yesterday I had one meal: 8 pieces of bacon, 2 whole eggs & 4 extra yolks cooked in fat from marrow, topped w/ a large chunk of butter at 2p. It’s 19 hours later & not hungry yet.

I put a stick of butter in my coffee every morning. Not hungry until well after noon. I was on a weekend trip 10 days ago. Ate bacon and eggs for breakfast. Starving at 11:30.

I eat when I am hungry, normally never in the AM, I may have a snack of nuts or jerky or boiled egg. Dinner is normally meat and eggs, sometimes broccoli just because I like the roasting of broccoli. Never a “3” meal day
