This footpath in Koramangala, Bengaluru was broken for years. Authorities weren't able to put it on priority even after multiple requests from Siddharth Dialani who diligently raised this grievance in a multitude of ways. So the man fixed it himself. And it only cost Rs. 2,700!

@siddharth_iitm The GBA, BBMP or whatever nonsense they want to Rebrand themselves as, it appears does not care for the courts or the CM's office (as mentioned here). It seems to be nothing but a burden of an institution funded by the public to fuel corrupt practices of a few thousand scums.

@siddharth_iitm Volunteering without government participation is like promoting corruption. Give city maintenance to any large pvt players they will maintain it. But it increases the transparency which these great politicians dont like. Until intent changes nothing will happen.

@siddharth_iitm He did everything except visit the GBA office in Koramangala, where minister he himself available every morning and can get issues fixed on the spot. That could’ve saved ₹2,700. We as a local residents often resolve issues with just one WhatsApp message in RWA group.
