This is pretty amazing. The latency will be super important, but if they get it down and integrate it with ALL Pixel devices, then it'll 100% beat out anything OpenAI does. But it's always down to the product deployment isn't it?

@amasad Yeah, except it's almost a 100% not a real interaction. They showed frames from this video to the model, not the video itself. And not in real time. This is a much more honest post about what's going on:

Okay but when is this actually released? 2028? I kinda feel like this is one of those game trailers that show footage that ends up being different from the in-game graphics in the final product. It's a cool presentation but it's difficult to know how good it is until we try.
