This gentleman is a "professional" driver. This pass on me was about as unprofessional as it gets. [Happened yesterday in Piccadilly]

When I cycle, I’ve always tried to stay in the quarter of the lane closest to the pavement, since I rarely have a need to go further out. This allows cars and lorries to pass safely and does not unduly impede them.
