Note before the SI-Joint police arrive: I am exaggerating (greatly) how much movement is at this joint for visual illustration purposes. Obviously it doesn’t move this much, but I need to exaggerate it so people can understand my point.

Try 2-3 sets of 10 slow rolls! Generally about 1 inch per second on the roll to ensure maximum success.

This is scientifically and factually without substance or evidence. On what basis do you say you "see a lot of SIJ compression"? Even if posterior compression was observable what evidence shows it's relevant to pain? Evidence that your therapy does anything? None. Go away

Would the SI joint cause a BB squat to be wonky? I've tried physio, but no joy!
