I had a few lessons with a pro a few years back with the specific question “why do I keep falling forwards” He spouted a load of old nonsense and I was £200 lighter This has fixed it in 45 seconds.

Just an awesome explanation…. I had a great coach once who said your one part of your glut/butt cheek should always stay to an imaginary wall on your back side and front side..as you rotate . And now I get why… 🙏 Thx Mark!

I’m a scratch player and have had major issues with falling forward like that for years. I just can’t seem to sync up the movement of pushing into that lead foot without stuffing up everything. When do you start the feeling of pushing into it?

Well, when Bad Company wrote little miss fortune, there one miss they forgot about. And, that miss was little miss nomer. And, the big misnomer, in golf, is that the knee should point out straight in front, at the top of the backswing. And, that is the cause of early extension
