MA already allowed for termination of pregnancy in the case of the mother’s life or catastrophic birth defects, so as Liz @SenWarren said about the SAVE ACT, there was no need to write a duplicate law. The new law allows mothers to kills healthy babies up to birth for no reason. With all of the families waiting to adopt infants, why can’t these innocent lives be allowed to live? How about also mandatorily remove the mother’s uterus if she arbitrarily decides after 22 weeks to abort a viable infant?
