we officially solved software products for AI UGC we already systemized physical products months ago.. skincare, supplements, gadgets, you drop it in and the ad comes out looking perfect software was a different story so it took me a bit of time because the text on screen always came out as gibberish and the app in the video looked nothing like the actual app, so every software ad ended up looking like slop.. but that is no longer a problem, in the V4 system i built a framework specifically for software, this whole video now comes out of 1 prompt pause the video and look at the screen yourself, every single piece of text on the app is readable, which is traditionally extremely hard to do with AI UGC and the exact reason software and app people stayed out of it then watch when she swipes her hand to go to the next screen, the animation is 1:1 with how the app moves natively and you can tell there is no weird AI transition happening so now we have: > max realism > readable and accurate text on screen every time > a 1:1 representation of your actual app or software which means literally ANY product can be done with AI UGC now, ecom, software, apps, info products, all of it there has never been a better time to scale creatives.

How I have Claude automate anything I do on my computer just by showing it: I use the free Clips app and hit record to start recording. Then I just do the action - like navigating to Rippling and approving any unapproved time off - and I’ll often just talk out loud as I do it explaining any add’l details like I would when showing a human. The Clips app captures everything on your screen and everything you say, and transforms it into a format Claude can “see and hear”. You'll then get a link that you can easily share with Claude (or humans too). I’ll paste it to Claude and say something like, "automate this for me every day at 8:00 AM." The link has special metadata that agents like Claude can discover. It exposes APIs to see the full transcript with timestamps and grab screenshots of what was on your screen at any of those timestamps. Once it's created the routine, you can go to the Routines tab in Claude Code desktop app. This also works with the CLI, Claude Cowork, Codex etc. You’ll see your new routine there, and you can just hit Run Now to have it start running it. Video attached shows this step by step. The Clips apps is free and open source - I’ll link to it and the source code in the thread.

Pocket cofounder akshay found PMF in one of the most unintuitive ways. When customers didn't like his recording app, he made a hardware device to do what the app does. Now he has 300,000 users. "Convenience beats intentions. So if your users have the intention to record, and you don't make it convenient enough, they will not record." "But if you actually make it convenient enough to record, and they want to record even a little bit, they'll 100% record." He explains how he figured all this out: "We actually went and asked these people, 'Why are you using the device 10x more than the app?'" "One of the users was using a different phone that he bought specifically for recording conversations. And he had a battery attached to the phone, on top." "That's kind of what Pocket ended up being. By just watching how people use these recording apps on the phone, there are a lot of limiting factors for recording." "There are people who get incoming phone calls all the time. Robinhood CEO Vlad Tenev’s product philosophy: “One screen. One Button. One core action.” The first version of Robinhood was actually a social trading app. “[It] allowed you to create a profile, follow other people, rate stocks, upvote news, private messaging,” Vlad explains. But the founders quickly realized that all these features just led to a muddled product.
