This is one of the coolest open-source AI agent projects I've seen in a while: 'Understand Anything' It's a plugin for Claude Code, Codex, OpenCode etc. that analyzes your codebase and turns it into a knowledge base that you can interact with. It explains the codebase to you, rather than showing you the structure. It seems like it's designed for code but I opened my Obsidian vault of podcast highlights in Claude Code, then ran /understand. The result is a knowledge graph that I can search of highlights from 888 podcast episodes and 144K lines of markdown text.

Pure insanity. I can see founders and brands spinning up games on the fly to ride trends and drive growth. 2. Intelligent apps are becoming the default We built apps where reasoning, memory, and multi-step planning were baked in from the start. Once you’re building apps with ACTUAL intelligence baked in, there’s a whole wave of new opportunities that weren’t possible before. 3. Gemini acts like a creative partner You describe the idea, Gemini fills in the gaps, challenges decisions, proposes alternatives, and iterates in real time. 4. Vibe coding hits a new level Gemini 3 can generate assets, code, game logic, UI, and narrative in one flow. Tools like Claude and Cursor feel fast. This feels like the next layer, the one where a single builder can compete with full teams. Logan Kilpatrick and I pushed Google Gemini 3 hard, and the outputs were solid. A few times we had to give it a few extra prompts but it took feedback really well. I think 1 year ago, a lot of people discounted Google in the AI arms race. Can you discount them anymore? Doubt it. I solved building decks with AI agents — by giving them a CLI tool like Powerpoint or Google Slides. AI could already make a beautiful deck if you asked it to using Ant's pptx skill. The problem was working with it. If it made one alignment mistake, fixing it on one slide would break something on another, and it became a game of whack-a-mole. One time I spent two days playing AI roulette, hoping the next prompt would finally fix the thing, and ended up building the whole deck by hand because I was on a deadline. So I built Hands-on Deck. And the reason it works is that this isn't just a skill — this is PowerPoint. The actual application: PowerPoint, Google Slides, Keynote, whatever you use. This is that, but for an agent, presented as a CLI. Every gesture you make in a deck app maps to a command. Click a box and type, drag a shape from here to there, look at a slide – agent can do it all in a command. And that changes how the agent behaves. With this CLI it works and thinks like a designer — it looks, makes an edit, looks again, makes another surgical edit.
