Yep.... they do this all the time. They dump stuff anywhere where I live. Stoves, car parts, Corona and Modelo beer bottles, mattresses, furniture, fridges. And they spill paint, nails, and screws everywhere they drive vans and trucks. You see paint on the road all the time and people keep getting flat tires and we all know the culprits. Everybody is sick of it. They have no respect at all. 🤨

I am rural, and people do the same thing out here on our road. They have caught several people, and it's always apartment dwellers dumping their junk when they have to move.
