All states should pass laws that allow for someone in a vehicle to drive through/over "protesters" deliberately impeding their freedom of movement on public roads. Blocking and surrounding a vehicle is clearly a threat to those inside. The video below is from California so I'm guessing the driver will be investigated (possibly arrested) but the criminals in the road won't be.
