Yes it's a natural, but how many resources you need to extract fish? A boat, fuel for the boat, paraffin/batteries for dawn fishing, storage, & possibly refrigeration and or drying. Add to that transport fee because fish habitats are limited geographically.

This is what happens when you think "directly". Getting a fish requires alot of mechanisms. People don't just go to the lake and fish, they invest their time, equipments,hooks,boats being patients etc. The person also doesn't know that water hyacinth has also made fishing hard.

What about those who do fish farming?Should they also give the consumers for free? And also the price charged for fish can be the fishermans fee and for the value addition e.g when you but deepfried fish.
