🚨BREAKING: ICE agents walked onto PRIVATE PROPERTY in Brownsville, Texas, without a warrant, with their guns drawn… and then threatened to ARREST the property owner for telling them to get off his own property. In the video, six ICE agents walk onto the property, with guns drawn, and start searching it. The property owner tells them to get off his private property, and they ignore him. Then, they start chase after a man, who starts running, and tackles him. The property owner runs over and tells them… “Get out of here. This is private property.” The ICE agent literally responds, “That doesn’t matter. He was running. Get back.” Then the agent starts SHOVING the property owner backward. The owner tells him, “I live here.” The agent tells him to back up or he’ll be arrested. ON HIS OWN PROPERTY. Then the owner asks, “Where is your warrant?” And the ICE agent says… “We do not need a warrant.” Except… that’s not how the Constitution works. The Fourth Amendment protects civilians from unreasonable searches and seizures. ICE does NOT get to just walk onto private property, guns drawn, search it, and ignore the property owner demanding to know their legal authority… because they claim they saw someone run. And what makes this even more disturbing is that when a U.S. citizen is questioning why armed federal agents are on HIS property, the response is to SHOVE him and threaten to arrest him. Because apparently telling armed federal agents to get off your own property… is now grounds for arrest. This is exactly why people need to be recording every ICE encounter. Because when the people with guns, and badges, refuse to explain what legal authority they have, the video may be the only thing showing what actually happened. The Constitution still applies to ICE. And no badge gives you the right to just assault a U.S. citizen when they demand you get off their property.

You can hear the man crying out in pain in the background. She tells ICE they can call an ambulance for him, but they need to leave the property. And she doesn’t back down. Eventually, an ambulance and stretcher arrive. Being an ICE agent does not mean you get to ignore the Constitution. The Fourth Amendment protects people from unreasonable searches and seizures. And that protection applies to everyone in the United States…regardless of immigration status. ICE cannot walk onto private property because they have badges and guns. They need consent, a proper warrant, or a legally recognized exception to enter private areas for enforcement purposes. And if the property manager is telling you to leave, and you don’t have legal authority to remain there, you don’t get to just argue your way into staying. Then there is the person we can literally hear crying in pain. If ICE agents hit someone with a vehicle, we deserve answers. Because this is what happens when federal agents start believing the rules don’t apply to them… They enter private property. They use force. They hurt people. Every time the customer orders something and the delivery guy has to deliver it to their home. They call and complain that their driveway is private property and that they shouldn’t be using it even to deliver their mail or packages and pizza. This delivery man is fed up with the unreasonable complaints so if the homeowner doesn’t want him on the property, he is going to leave their packages on the curb on the public street from now on. Is he being reasonable or is he using malicious compliance in this case?

Some young boys asked the property owner if they could fish at the pond behind his house and he said yes no problem. While the kids were fishing they spotted a fish and took a few steps over and landed in Mr Karen’s property. Mr Karen then ran over to the neighbor’s property to ask him if he gave the kids permission to fish because he didn’t believe him. Mr Karen even suggested that the kids could possibly rob his house but quickly backtracked and then offered a thinly veiled threat to the kids. Was Mr Karen upset because he was worried about the safety of the kids or was the homeowner wrong for letting the kids fish on his property?

#BrightonSkiResort A skier on his very last run of his trip, goes down a snow packed road called Old Prospect Ave that connects to S Big Cottonwood Canyon Road. He is confronted and pushed by an older male with a #Shotgun that is camped out on a chair waiting for skiers to come down the road. He tells him he is on private property and if he comes down again he will have holes in him. I totally understand protecting your property but come on. His and a bunch of other houses are on that road right next to 2 major #SkiResorts. Looking on Google Earth there are no signs at the entrance saying it’s private property. This is something that Unified Police Dept needs to look into. It’s only a matter of time before he shoots and kills someone.

The city now gives government approved nonprofits first dibs when property owners try to sell, kneecapping private buyers and stripping owners of real control over their own property. This is the government inserting itself into who can buy, who can sell, and at what cost. They can call it “ tenant protection” if they want …but it’s forced market manipulation and a massive step toward state control of private property.

This American family has a property that’s over 100 acres large He wanted to built a treehouse, the county told him it needed to be a specific size, so he built it that size Th country is now saying it’s considered the primary residence on the property and won’t let them build another house….. again they own 100 acres…. The reason is, is because they have an ordinance structure that says you can’t build the secondary home before the first home (and now the treehouse is considered a home) The only workaround is to pay thousands of dollars for surveyors to draw an invisible line, divide up the property so it’s now technically a separate property so they can built their primary house The government is too big. This is the insane bureaucracy of the American government in action They also said he couldn’t live in the treehouse until the other property is completed…. A home that he built on his own property This is insanity

The property owner called these officers out because he found some 40 year old man on his property trying to interact with his very young daughter. This guy clearly lives in a rural area so it takes some effort to encroach on someone's land. The cops catch up with the guy and when they check him you won't believe what they find in his pockets.👀
