And what makes this even more disturbing is that when a U.S. citizen is questioning why armed federal agents are on HIS property, the response is to SHOVE him and threaten to arrest him. Because apparently telling armed federal agents to get off your own property… is now grounds for arrest. This is exactly why people need to be recording every ICE encounter. Because when the people with guns, and badges, refuse to explain what legal authority they have, the video may be the only thing showing what actually happened. The Constitution still applies to ICE. And no badge gives you the right to just assault a U.S. citizen when they demand you get off their property.

Your backyard is still your private property. Your constitutional rights don’t disappear because the person walking onto your property is wearing a badge. In Amherst, NY, the woman is the project manager for a roofing company and was standing on the private property of an active job when agents entered the yard without a warrant. As she asked basic, lawful questions… including whether they had a warrant… and began filming, agents demanded her identification. She refused, which she is legally allowed to do in New York. Blocking law enforcement is where I’m done. Seventy-seven million Americans voted for this. Law enforcement is carrying out the will of the people. Blocking officers or interfering with arrests is a federal crime. It is impeding federal officers under 18 U.S.C. § 111, punishable by up to 8 years, and up to 20 years if it materially delays an arrest. Doing it to help someone evade capture is obstruction of justice under 18 U.S.C. § 1512, also up to 20 years. This is not protest. It is criminal obstruction. Arrest them and move on. Felonies have consequences, including not voting for a while.

In the video, a man is standing by a garage on private property. ICE agents approach him and demand identification. The man correctly states that he does not have to show ID. He is not suspected of a crime, he is on private property, and the agents have no warrant… He then asks why he is required to provide documentation. An agent then says the quiet part out loud… “Because of your accent.” The man points out the obvious, “You have an accent too.” The agent then asks, “Where were you born?” The man responds, “Where were you born?” At that point, the agent escalates. Most of the women in this country still believe that they have a right over the husband’s and in-laws’ house. This is the biggest MYTH. The matrimonial house is either the husband’s property or the in-laws’ property, and the wife has ABSOLUTELY ZERO ownership rights over that property merely because she got married. Yes, if she is residing there, it may be considered a shared household for the purpose of living and shelter. But that does not make her the owner of the property. Women in our country cry for the husband’s & in-laws’ property but rarely talk about respecting those relationships enough to deserve any voluntary share or ownership. Rather, when asked why they are not equally vocal about claiming their father’s or brother’s property, they suddenly become silent. Rights over someone else’s property cannot be claimed selectively. The law is based on ownership, not entitlement.

A CBP agent in Laredo chases down a runner who is most likely an illegal alien. The guy is clearly trying to get away, which usually means he has something to hide, like his immigration status. What Elon Musk says here is wrong. The limiting factor for an economy to turn labor into goods is the strength of the promise known as private property. By offering a credible promise that the fruits of their labor will not be stolen, strong private property incentivizes people to be productive. Printing money steals the fruits of peoples’ labor, thereby weakening the promise of private property. As private property is weakened through money printing, people are more incentivized to steal rather than produce. After all, if the promise of legal ownership is being broken, then why work at all when you can instead get in on the take (through bailouts, subsidies, welfare, etc)? When the promise of private property is strong, capital is accumulated rather than consumed, thereby intensifying productivity. #Bitcoin is money that is extremely difficult to steal and impossible to print. Therefore, Bitcoin is the perfection of private property and an intensification of the productive output of people worldwide.

Every time the customer orders something and the delivery guy has to deliver it to their home. They call and complain that their driveway is private property and that they shouldn’t be using it even to deliver their mail or packages and pizza. This delivery man is fed up with the unreasonable complaints so if the homeowner doesn’t want him on the property, he is going to leave their packages on the curb on the public street from now on. Is he being reasonable or is he using malicious compliance in this case?

NYC just passed the COPA law, and it’s chilling. The city now gives government approved nonprofits first dibs when property owners try to sell, kneecapping private buyers and stripping owners of real control over their own property. This is the government inserting itself into who can buy, who can sell, and at what cost. They can call it “ tenant protection” if they want …but it’s forced market manipulation and a massive step toward state control of private property.

These protesters have pitched a tent on private property over a city issue, and the owners called them in for trespassing. The “leader” tells the police she's the liaison and they need to go through her so she can relay information back to them. The problem is, she’s not very bright. Watch as she makes a fool of herself. What should happen to people who think they can protest on private property or public streets? It’s an issue in our current environment.
