Sadly most houses in Japan after 30 years are absolute garbage. Oh and if you live anywhere north of Tokyo your pipes freeze and the electricity cost to keep you house heated is a crazy amount of money. Also hope you enjoy kerosene heaters as there is no central heating. Lived there

I helped Ecom businesses save $50M+ in shipping fees in last 24 months. Here's how I saved @LuxuryWatchGuy1 $200,000 in just 4 hours:

Imagine if the house comes with a Hakosuka GT-R inside the barnyard.

In Germany all I got was Multiculturalism insane Crime and insane house prices and insane taxes.

I don't think he knows how much snow blowers are because they aren't 3k

Ehhh… should be 15k max. Looks like it’s built for a 4’9 person.

Japan found the secret to affordable housing. Just let population changes run their course

Is this common, or a rare occurrance? like a bank repo/foreclosure auction?

He probably hears spirits at night

What's the catch?

Doing this in the middle of a busy road is extremely annoying for local people. Please do this in your home country and not in Japan.
