Kill one of the bedrooms on the first floor and make everything else bigger.

Most of these are fake issues. Almost no one has multiple doors, appliances, etc open simultaneously. It’s lots of fun for contractors to point this stuff out but doesn’t really make a difference

With a Layout that small those stairs gotta be there lol

Terrible design. The 2nd floor with a party roof makes it a much more attractive space.

It’s not that bad

The bathroom was weird, but other than that, looks nice to me. I'd definitely live in it. That outdoor space is insanely huge. I thought it was a communal section.
