This happened near Hyd,TS Could the car driver avoid the crash? The biker is clearly at fault, however,let's consider him as a stray cattle on the highway. I see the following mistakes by car driver: 1. Not keeping safe following distance 2. Overtaking without visibility infront

Dont think the car driver can do much to avoid this. In a just world the biker would have been hung.

The two points you listed are your attitude issues “Bigger vehicle will always make some mistake”. Unless driver peeks into the lane how can he get visibility. What do you want diver to do?? Get down of the car run next to it get visibility?

The same thing can happen to me,you or anyone else. Instead of getting the same result and being a victim,let's look at strategies to avoid it by : 1. Keep safe following distance 2. Avoid entering cluster 3. Do not overtake without visibility 👍👍

The driver can see the next vehicles tyre touching the road plus one vehicle distance. This is what safe distance is ethically!
