Data shows 378 complaints amongst 4 crore students. That's rare, not rampant. Rohith Vemula & Payal Tadvi cases, which were the basis of the PIL on the basis of which these guidelines were made, were proved to be non caste-discrimation cases." Also stay means stay. Not withdrawal. These regulations were already gazetted and in force. If we had not agitated, it wouldn't have been challenged and would have continued. FYI, UGC 2023 regulations also exist. Almost similar & no one knows about it.
