This just ruined seafood for me… A man is about to cook shrimp, normal, routine, until he looks a little closer… and realizes there are parasites inside. It's not something you’d ever expect to SEE. It's not something you’d ever forget once you do. Now, people are spiraling because if it’s in this shrimp… how often does this actually happen?? Knowing it can happen is one thing… but seeing it with your own eyes hits completely different. Would you still eat shrimp after seeing something like this, or is it over for you?

[Talking about self-worth and insecurities] 👨🏻‍🚀: I want everyone who has ever felt like they weren't pretty, they weren't attractive, they weren't good looking, they weren't strong enough, they had insecurities, or that they might feel like they're exploding from overthinking. And I'm not talking about one of these six, i'm talking about all of them. If you have ever had a situation where felt all six of these, I want you guys to type 1 into the chat. 👨🏻‍🚀: So, the point of that experiment wasn't to invalidate what you're feeling, because you're valid for feeling that. I think that is a common human emotion that we all have a problem we're dealing with. Our insecurities are the things that make us lash out, make us feel like we're not enough. And the thing about it, is no matter how rich you are, no matter how handsome you are, no matter how pretty you are, no matter how strong you are, no matter how great you are, no matter how intelligent you are, no matter how competent you are, there's always gonna be moments where this comes to you and I think the best thing to think in this situation is that yes i'm feeling this things, to validate yourself. You're not wrong for feeling this way. There's nothing wrong with you. Everyone feels this. 👨🏻‍🚀: But, during those times, i think it is very important to remember the moments in your life where you did feel worthy. Where you felt like you were just enough for that one person that you're talking to. Or you felt like you aced in a certain exam or you did really well in one thing. I asked Luke Kornet about his memories from stretches where he was a DNP for many games in a row, and what his message is to the young guys who find themselves in that position now: “It's just a lot of peace to come to life of accepting the position that you're in and then just doing the best with that, versus trying to fight it and want to be in a different one.” “You can spend a lot of time worrying about things that you can't really control. But when you just take the opportunity that you have and do the best with that, you can have days like today where a lot of guys came in and were able to contribute. You can have peace about knowing that you did your job well, just as you did the day before, the day after. It might just look a different way every time. I feel like that's what I've been taught through my life. That's the only thing attitude that you can have that you can actually do something with – versus trying to control things that are outside of what you can control.”

jay’s blood saga in seoul d2 ending ment 🐈‍⬛ doesn’t it feel a bit different? or is it just me? up until now, all the tours we’ve done as enhypen have been rlly precious and meaningful to me, and i think every single one was a great performance that could only exist in that moment. but this time, it feels different right from the start. is it just me? it feels like we’re experiencing something new, and i can definitely sense that engenes are enjoying it differently too. there’s something noticeably different about how we’re all approaching this concert. i think that’s something to be really happy about and bc this is a concert we prepared for day and night, we honestly had a lot of worries ofc but more than that, we had a lot of confidence, and we put so much thought into how we wanted to show it to you. and now that we’re going through these two days, i just feel so relieved. it feels like everything we’ve worked on up until now has been rewarded, and i’m really grateful for that. both yesterday and today have been such great performances that gave me so much energy. we’ll do our best until the very end and come back again. and thank you so much for coming. please always stay with us. thank you vid from 1130day
