@poisonmedom It is so telling in some of the queer spaces in Chicago what type of guys people are actually looking for. Hairy, Big, and Tall is what they say, but only if it’s not black!! And it comes from some of the black men too!! It’s the same way on a platonic level as well. It’s sad.

@poisonmedom Overall; Chicago is a phenomenal place to live. Especially during the summer. I moved here in 2020, & plan on staying here! I think that it can just take a second to find the right company if you look like us. The good folks outweigh the bad. But that bad can be so very ugly!

Also but why is it that Bears of color only date white guys and they never usually have an interest in other people of color… I guess what im saying is that we don’t see support from either side of this matter but I think if we had it then we would see bears of color more often
