Some time ago I had similar concept, also ballet based fighting but in 2D and in beat'em-up genre! They were only graphic concepts for my 2D Artist portfolio!

I playtested it and it's very clunky, needs at least another 2 years of proper polishing but it has potential for the unique aspects it brings

Could be cool if it plays like HiFi Rush, where EVERY aspect of the game( characters, environment ) move to the beat of the music + you can turn ON a “metronome mode” . However, if the enemy attacks are out of sync, it’s joever
