Those of you who doubted Drake could sign a billion dollar record deal are focused on the future, when you should be looking at the past. In 2025 Drake amassed 17 billion streams on Spotify alone. And those 17 billion streams are worth between $100 and $130 million just last year. That does not mean all those streams came from the albums under his newer deal at Universal, but what it does mean is that he has a catalog that will generate revenue in perpetuity. Why is there so much hatred toward Oprah Winfrey for trying to help out int he aftermath of the Maui fires? Is this another case of the "I hate wealthy people" excuse? We see it with Elon Musk, we see it with Bill Gates, and we're seeing it with Oprah now. Yes, Oprah is worth over a billion dollars. No, $10 million doesn't put much of a dent into her net worth, but it's better than nothing. How much money have you donated to Maui? My guess is that the majority of those who are attacking Oprah have not donated a single cent to the cause. Why do wealthy people get attacked all of the time, as if it's their duty to donate their money? Even when they do, it's not enough? Is Oprah just disliked because of her ideologies, in a similar way people dislike Elon Musk and Bill Gate? So people try and come up with anything possible to make them look bad? Thoughts?

Don’t Scroll—God Is Calling You to Submit and Move Praise the Lord that He has given us such a commission and such a call and we should be humbled by that and we should want to go out for His kingdom and do that. All of you are usable by God. There is not one of you that is not usable if you're only willing to submit. We all fall short. It's a matter of who is willing. Here I am, Lord, send me. That's what Isaiah said. Here I am. Send me. You are all usable. When a lot of you out there go, well, what can I do for God in my life? There's a lot you can do. If you're only willing to be picked up as an instrument in his Hands and implemented the way you were created to move. Many of you are operating outside the realm of what you were created to be. And in this season, that's going to be reconciled. And many of you are going to change course in this season drastically. Because you're in jobs, you're in areas, you're doing things, you were not created to do. You have gifts for it, but you weren’t created to do it. And there's going to be massive shifts in many of your lives and a sudden turn. And the Lord is going to realign. And this is going to be quick when He does it. Realign you into the position, redirect you and put you on that course because time is short and He needs you operating in what you were created to do. He needs that right now. And many of you are going to enter that process in this season. So praise the Lord because you are. You will enter that process and you will be redirected. And you will do what is written about you in the books of heaven, what you were created to do on this earth. Because many of you know and feel uncomfortable and know you're not in your call. You know you are just trying to try to endure, you're trying to survive. And it's because you're not in your call. Surrender to God, allow Him to redirect you into your call and your purpose that you were beautifully created to do. Because it's needed in this season and we cannot dilly dally anymore and go dabbling in things we are not created to do. It's time for us to go to work and it's time for us to be willing to go there.

CHOOSING A CAREER PATH IN TECH AS A NEWBIE Of course, there is an argument that when starting out in tech you need to go for the stack (programming language) most common in your location. It would be easier to land a job faster because most people are already building stuff with this. What if I tell you that it is not usually the case? From experience, it could be harder to land a good-paying job if you choose a stack solely on popularity. The reason is that everybody is already thinking like you. So the competition is tough. As a newbie going against other people who have been in the process for a while can be discouraging when it seems you are not rewarded for your efforts. Why not follow the steps I did? I did a bit of research and asked questions. I was told that node jobs were everywhere but Golang is an emerging market. I thought of it for a while and then decided that instead of fighting with others probably more skilled and experienced than I am for node jobs, I would position myself for Golang as it was sure to boom and I would be one of the few experts in the field in my location. Needless to say, this has paid off. Most of the jobs I get are by referrals. Let us be honest, how many Golang developers do you know? In Summary, it is harder and takes longer to break into the labor market competing against the multitude. Why not stand out? Why not try GO?

CHOOSING A CAREER PATH IN TECH AS A NEWBIE Of course, there is an argument that when starting out in tech you need to go for the stack (programming language) most common in your location. It would be easier to land a job faster because most people are already building stuff with this. What if I tell you that it is not usually the case? From experience, it could be harder to land a good-paying job if you choose a stack solely on popularity. The reason is that everybody is already thinking like you. So the competition is tough. As a newbie going against other people who have been in the process for a while can be discouraging when it seems you are not rewarded for your efforts. Why not follow the steps I did? With populations of over 30 million in Ghana and 200 million in Nigeria, you shouldn't be broke. If your mind is wòrking, you can make a lot of money here.
