This woman lives in an HOA. The back of her yard backs up into an easement that is owned by the HOA. The trees back there are on the easement. She points out that there are fallen branches all over her neighbors yard because of the trees and there were many in her yard as well. So she and her children went and picked up all the branches and sticks in her yard and then she piled them up under the tree. She said since the tree is on the HOA easement, it’s their problem. She wants to know if she is the bad guy in all this. If it were me, I’d maintain my yard and put the branches and sticks out for the trash pickup. This woman is staying at this hotel and resort. It’s all inclusive, everything is included but the weird thing is, she has to eat or drink the items in the designated areas for food and drink. She has access to a beautiful balcony that is more private and she wanted to enjoy the food there. The resort said no, she had to eat it only in the dining areas. So she took the food and stuffed it in her purse and took it to the balcony anyways. An employee saw her and accused her of stealing the food. If this is an all inclusive resort, how is it stealing if it’s all included anyways right?

This woman’s neighbors reported her yard. This is her front yard where she has all kinds of things growing in her gardens, or, they were growing we should say. The neighbors say her yard is unsightly and looks like junk. She says she has a beautiful garden when everything is growing. There is no HOA so any reports would have to go to the city. Unless you live out in the country, don’t most people grow their gardens in the backyard? What do you think? Leave her alone and let her have her gardens, it’s a free country? She said she used to live in downtown San Diego, California and had people trying to live under her house, neighbors peeing outside her kitchen window, roaches and all kinds of issues. So how does she have a property like this? She said she moved to the other side of the country. That’s how and she pays almost the same for this beautiful, quiet lakefront property as she did in downtown San Diego. And it’s true, I was born, raised and lived in Southern California for a long time but there’s a better life for most people elsewhere. I left back in 1996 and is the best thing I ever did. There are still some beautiful places in California but it is too expensive and overpriced as we all know. So unless you have the money to live there, your money will go much further in other states and the quality of life and schools is amazingly better. 💯 Have you escaped the high priced states and now live like a king or queen elsewhere? This woman reserved a ride with Lyft. When the driver showed up, he pointed to her service dog and said no, and took off. She says this happens all the time and his vest clearly says “service dog”. She suffers from seizures and has to have the dog with her at all times. Many pointed out that there is an option to select that you have an animal and someone from Lyft who picks up animals will take the reservation. But, it does cost more. But others pointed out that her dog is not a pet, it’s a service animal and by law, they cannot refuse the ride. Some stated that they would refuse the ride too because she didn’t let them know she had a dog and some drivers may have a fear of dogs or be allergic to them. So what’s the solution? Should she sue them for violating the ADA act? Should she pay more for an animal allowed ride and if so, why does she have to pay more? Had a rough morning. As many of you know my 89 year-old (soon to be 90) mother moved here a few months ago. She had a rough night and a bad fall. So, I flew over there this morning to help her. On my way out the door, I grabbed her Hanukkah present. I figured that I’d give it to her early and it would cheer her up. It worked! She went from crying to happy.😊 And, she loves it! ❤️🐈‍⬛ (It purrs so loud-it’s adorable!)🥰

But yet she always says her dad left her after the divorce and her she never had a strong female figure. She said her grandmother on her deathbed asked her to forgive her mom. She said her grandfather was the only male in her life. And she was kicked out at 14. Had to live with a boyfriend and pay for herself. So is she lying about her childhood? Why didn’t she say thank you to her grandfather she says raised her and taught her everything about being who she is? This woman was set up outside of a grocery store playing the violin for tips. She had a sign that said she needed money for rent, food and her kids. She listed all these different cash apps. This man approaches and asks her to turn the “speaker” back on. She asks why and he tells her she is a fake. She then ignores him and is texting with someone on the phone. It’s obvious she is a scam artists. Many people said that the man should just leave her alone. That she was still providing a show. While many others said she was a fake and taking money on false pretenses. They also noted she had a cell phone, nice shoes and nice cap on. What do you think? Does it matter if she could play or not? Maybe she was really trying to earn money to pay her bills and provide for her kids? The guy should leave her alone? Or would it upset you to give someone money and then find out they were a fraud?

Huge shoutout to Candace Owens for her ongoing reporting on the Diddy lawsuit, Michael Jackson, and some dark stuff in Hollywood and the music industry. Candace featured me in her most recent episode. And I want to point out her journalistic integrity and honor. I saw the other day that she had seen my content on the topic- and when I saw her newest episode on the Michael Jackson connection- I thereby knew that my content had at least in some ways informed her opinion. But I wouldn’t have taken any offense had she not mentioned me at all. Journalism isn’t about us and our clout- it’s not a popularity contest. She was under no obligation to credit me and no one would have known if she didn’t. But instead, not only did Candace credit my work- but she opted to include several of my clips in her episode when she could just as easily have summarized it all herself. As a journalist- this speaks directly to her forthrightness and her ethical standard. No one would have known if she had opted to report this story as all her own. And again, I would have taken no offense whatsoever. I’m definitely not the only person who’s been breaking this story. But I’m honored to have been featured on your show Candace, and I wanted to highlight your integrity and journalistic ethic for having done so. She’s treating it like a real time capsule — pulling out her old Avon lotion, Blow Pop, Yum Yum lip gloss, compact mirror, handwritten notes from friends, decorated binder, and German worksheet. Everything is exactly how she left it 27 years ago. It’s so wild seeing these little pieces of everyday 90s school life frozen in time. This story really warmed my heart. Who else thinks it’s great to see that day doesn’t seem to have affected her negatively at all? It looks like she has a beautiful family in that photo behind her and she seems so happy and at peace.

This lady’s daughter is cleaning out her freezer, she argues that food never expires when it’s frozen. She has so much food buried in there that some of it she can’t remember when she even put it in. Her daughter was finding food from 2007. Many of these parents grew up in an era where food wasn’t as plentiful, so as they grew up they are taught not to waste or throw away food. If the daughter didn’t clean out that freezer, I don’t think she would have thrown anything away. Anyone have to ever go over your parents house and do this too?

This is a difficult one for me to write. It will also be the only one I make about this. It was Leah’s funeral today as you all know. We will all miss her so tremendously. I have seen so much love over this last week for the kind, caring and funny woman she was. But today she is finally rested at peace. We all know she was a sort of a kindred spirit. She could fight like a warrior princess, then just be like your best mate when you needed it. She could calm a situation so quickly. She believed in higher spirits, nature, art, music and family. She also valued all of our friendships, very deeply. Leah taught connections through music and her art. I said it then and say it again now, she brought me so much closer to faith. And from the messages and replies I have had, I know she did for many of you too. I know her family are so busy and distraught, but they are also aware of what is happening on here. This is a difficult one for me to write. It will also be the only one I make about this. It was Leah’s funeral today as you all know. We will all miss her so tremendously. I have seen so much love over this last week for the kind, caring and funny woman she was. But today she is finally rested at peace. We all know she was a sort of a kindred spirit. She could fight like a warrior princess, then just be like your best mate when you needed it. She could calm a situation so quickly. She believed in higher spirits, nature, art, music and family. She also valued all of our friendships, very deeply. Leah taught connections through music and her art. I said it then and say it again now, she brought me so much closer to faith. And from the messages and replies I have had, I know she did for many of you too. I know her family are so busy and distraught, but they are also aware of what is happening on here.
