This is a excerpt from my interview with President Trump's former Pardon Attorney, Ed Martin, discussing how Tate Adamiak's pardon actually came to be. As you will hear him say during this clip - y'all emailing/calling/writing letters/etc... made a difference and perhaps THE difference in this young man's freedom....

@EagleEdMartin @TateAdamiak @POTUS One of our biggest mistakes is not being as loud and energetic as our enemies on the Left. Squeaking wheels get the most grease. But then, they have George Soros' and others funding them.

@EagleEdMartin @TateAdamiak @POTUS Now do Matt Hoover - unless it looks like he's going to win his appeal and have his conviction overturned.

@EagleEdMartin @TateAdamiak @POTUS Nice to hear it makes a difference. Trump really needs to pardon Derek Chauvin, J Alexander Kueng, Thomas Lane and Tou Thao. @EdMartinDOJ @USAEdMartin? Maybe big accounts doing polls would help? 🤷‍♂️

US Navy Sailor Tate Adamiak was wrongfully convicted of owning machine guns & destructive devices he *literally did not own* and deserves a pardon from President Trump. Resources for you to help ⬇️ To electronically contact the Acting Attorney General: To mail letters: Mr. David Warrington White House Counsel Office of White House Counsel 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue, NW Washington, DC 20500 U.S. Department of Justice Office of the Pardon Attorney 950 Pennsylvania Avenue NW Washington DC 20530 Example letter/email: “I am writing to respectfully request a full presidential pardon for Patrick “Tate” Adamiak. Mr. Adamiak’s case represents a profound miscarriage of justice that warrants immediate review and corrective action. He is a former active-duty U.S. Navy sailor who served his country honorably and had received orders to report to Basic Underwater Demolition/SEAL (BUD/S) training—an opportunity reserved for only the most capable and dedicated service members. Despite his exemplary record and commitment to service, Mr. Adamiak was investigated and prosecuted by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) under the prior administration. The circumstances of this case raise serious concerns: Mr. Adamiak had no prior criminal record. There were no victims associated with this case. None of the items cited as evidence were functional or complete. All items in question remain legally available for purchase online. No illegal weapons were recovered from his residence. This case appears to hinge on classification interpretations rather than any actual criminal conduct. The prosecution of a service member, absent criminal intent or harm, undermines confidence in the fairness and consistency of federal enforcement. Mr. Adamiak remains deeply patriotic and has expressed a continued desire to serve his country. His future, reputation, and opportunity to contribute have been unjustly taken from him. A presidential pardon would not only restore justice for Mr. Adamiak, but also send a clear message that fairness, proportionality, and common sense remain guiding principles of our legal system. I respectfully urge you to review this case and recommend clemency. Thank you for your time and consideration.”

We were told DOJ would end weaponization. Instead, they buried the one man actually doing it: Ed Martin Ed Martin—a good man—was quietly pushed out of the Weaponization Working Group because he was faithfully following Executive Order 14147. This recording I made inside the DOJ on Oct 7, 2026 speaks volumes. The targeting of parents is not some complex, unsolvable crisis. Even inside DOJ circles it was acknowledged: it's doable. But despite Trump's mandate, the DOJ did nothing to help these parents they illegally targeted. Ed Martin pushed forward, formally acknowledging the weaponization, so Acting AG Todd Blanche prevented Ed from attending our July 15, 2025 Capitol Hill press conference, sponsored by Rep. Andy Ogles and Andy Biggs...and then he got Ed out of the way. Why? Because restoring Americans the DOJ weaponized against would expose them to the accountability and JUSTICE we voted for. And here's a stunner: Ed shared months ago there are “10 plays” to free Tina Peters🇺🇸 Whistleblower of fallen Navy SEAL—and yet they’ve barely run half of one. This isn't just incompetence by Attorney General Pamela Bondi and Todd Blanche, it's deliberate obstruction of justice. The American people didn’t vote for a DOJ that pretends to fix injustice while quietly protecting the guilty. They didn't vote for the Deep State players inside the DOJ to neutralize those like Ed who tried to fulfill Trump's mandate. The DOJ is in default, and I hereby request a federal probe into this issue. #FireToddBlanche #PDJA Donald J.
