Bravo I say 👏 A similar thing happened to me in 8th grade. We were coming out of the boys locker room and two kids were pissed off because I won in a stupid volleyball game. They were puffing up and the fat kid spit in my face. I walked back into the locker room and washed my face off and when I came out the bigger kid came at me and bumped my chest, so I reared back and knocked him out. Everybody started swarming and I just went to my next class. I ended up breaking my hand on his face, so I was shaking while trying to write in Mrs. Bullis' class. Regardless, the vice principal came and got me and they told me that I was going to be expelled. Now, I was an honor student and had never been in trouble before, but because I knocked him out, they said that I was a bad person. Luckily, all my teachers vouched for me and they only suspended me for 3 days, but the kid was a foot taller than me and nobody ever asked me for my side of the story. I'm sorry, but in MY WORLD, getting spit on is 10 times worse than getting hit.

That’s almost identical to what happened with my son when he was in high school. He got in trouble for fighting with another boy. I didn’t say anything. But then the other boy put his hands on my son again and my son walked away so he didn’t get suspended. The assistant principal called us to come down and pick up my son because he was being suspended anyway. So, in front of the principal, I told my son that if he was going to get in trouble anyway, next time, beat that kid’s ass. The principal tried to argue and I told him he was teaching kids that there was no value in walking away from a fight. Then I told my son to get up and that he could go hunting with his dad for the next 3 days. They never called me to come to the school again.

I have always said the bully has more rights than the victims. All of the signs they hang in the schools regarding anti-bullying is for show and to make the schools look better. Had to deal with this with my youngest. Good job Dad!

I actually went through a similar situation. Did the same thing. My son put the bully in a rear naked choke and they freaked out. Needless to say, he hasn’t been bullied ever again.

I would take that kid for ice cream and those would be the best 3 days of his life. Circus, baseball game…the works

A vice principal told me that a girl who punched or kicked a boy who molested her would be punished. Unreal.

My granddaughter was in maybe 6th grade. Was getting bullied by boy, same grade. Never touched her, but was verbally active. She felt intimated. Told the school. Nothing. Told my daughter (her mom) who talked to the school. Nothing. Told me. I told her bullies are wimps. I taught her how to throw a punch. "Next time he bullies you, square up, then turn to your right, and punch him square in the face as hard as you can." Few days later, daughter calls on her way to the school. "What did you tell [granddaughter]?" I explained. Didn't apologize. Bullying stopped. Gave her a big hug next I saw her.
