This is a quick (and cheap) solution for preventing gym flooring from separating from Alan Thrall. You simply take an $.85 rafter mending plate and hammer the flooring over it to keep them together. It works with the 3/4" horse stall mats, but applies to thinner rubber flooring as well.

Ever wonder where the kitchen cabinets, flooring, counter tops come from? Well over seas obviously But there are hundreds of warehouses (importers) all over So Cal importing materials now. I found this cooling plate on Amazon, and it looks like a gimmick but I ordered it anyway. This thing actually works SO WELL. The heat is all generated next to the cameras on most phones, but the cameras block coolers from reaching it. This metal plate extends so your cooler (sold separately) can absorb the heat coming out of it. The extended plate is freezing cold. (this is not sponsored, just trying to help people with heating problems). #WarzoneMobile #WZM

It separate an African child from the guardian, resulting in poor habits and a lack of grooming. This makes them vulnerable to becoming street wise, falling prey to substance abuse and alcoholism, and easily being recruited into gangs. Furthermore, it undermines Christianity, preventing it from serving as a source of intervention and support for vulnerable children

Alright long term update on the Better Basics Heavy. I reached out to Shivaan Seth saying that the t-shirt is ideal for barbell workouts as the heavy gauge does great service towards padding the skin against the bar but the sleeves restrict overhead movement. Suggested that Raglan sleeves would be better. To my surprise he sent me a raglan sleeved heavy and I and glad to report that after weeks of use it works beautifully. I continue to hold my position that Better Basics makes the best heavy cotton crew in the market right now. This damn garment has withstood much abuse at my hands. I recommend you all bombard them with request for a raglan for your gym use. It works great As an aside, I have been trying to put together a natural fibers for the gym combo and this lets me achieve that. Cotton for the t-shirt and the heavy training shorts from Athlos ; Happy to report this combination works well.

We thought with THE BOYS being so popular it was a non-brainer but It never went anywhere, but here it is to enjoy and pass around. You can get a copy of the book at or ask your local retailer to order one from Image Comics. This is a few scenes from the book put together - just quick scene clips to establish the tone as well as possibilities. Don’t let anyone tell you that real estate development is an easy way to get rich. It entails great risk, and one bad break can take you out. This is a single family spec home I designed and helped build, it was ground up on an empty lot in Oakland. Shortly after breaking ground it ran into trouble. 1️⃣ Construction was delayed by a zealous architect neighbor reporting minor plan deviations to city officials 2️⃣ The delay meant the sale occurred during an unexpected lull in the market 3️⃣ In part due to the lull, the home was sold to a lawyer (the best offer) 4️⃣ During construction, a sill pan was omitted from the large south facing sliding door 5️⃣ Water infiltrated and created a small amount of water damage at the floor 6️⃣ Additional flooring material could not be located to replace the damaged area 7️⃣ The new owner wanted the builder to replace *all* of the flooring. 8️⃣ Owner files suit In the end it was settled out of court for some portion of the cost of replacing the entire floor. I can’t say what the profit was, but I’m pretty it wasn’t much if it was anything at all. Once again, say it with me: Real estate development is NOT an easy way to get rich.
