Definitely agree. I would highlight that ours expectations placed on them, not expectations they have. When you place high expectations on yourself, it can be hard to perform and really succeed.

Have always wondered about high expectations vs delusional expectations. For ex. a talented player who, if nothing changed, could play D3 but with a lot Of work could be FCS - that might be a high expectation but to jump from D3 to FBS Power 4 talent might be delusional. Probably explaining my reasoning poorly here.
