This is a service dog whose sole responsibility is to care for a homeless addict. Service dog or not, if a person is actively using drugs, they clearly cannot take care of themselves—and should not be responsible for another living being that depends entirely on them.

NEW: Homeless addicts on Skid Row in LA are now using dogs to test their drugs for fentanyl. They feed the dogs the drugs first. If the dog survives, they take it themselves. If not, they just get another dog. A nonprofit called ‘Starts With One Today’ is sounding the alarm: dogs are being abused, neglected, thrown away, sold for drugs, and used as living test kits. This is the disgusting reality of what unchecked homelessness and drug policies have created in California. Dogs are paying the price for failed leadership.

This girl is autistic and has a service dog, Amtrak put her off the train because she won’t keep the dog on a leash, Amtrak‘s own laws for travel clearly state that the dogs do not have to be on a leash however passengers began complaining about the dog running around and annoying folks. Laws and rules can be exploited, digging through this young ladies social media she seems to be living a normal life with lots of outdoor activity and escapades into commercial businesses critiquing their service dog policies mostly pertaining to the dog being off leash. Who is in the wrong here ?

Many homeless people have pets who are incredible companions and clearly loved. But when someone is an active addict and unable to function, they do not have the right to care for an animal that is completely dependent on them.

Shane Gillis: “Free healthcare is cool. We should have that. That’s not Communism” Joe Rogan: “You should treat the entire country like it’s a community. If you have a community would you want the sickest person to fucking die who could be very valuable if you could take care of them and if you have the resources to take care of them? Take care of them. This is the problem with capitalism. This is the reason people turn on all these billionaires”

This woman reserved a ride with Lyft. When the driver showed up, he pointed to her service dog and said no, and took off. She says this happens all the time and his vest clearly says “service dog”. She suffers from seizures and has to have the dog with her at all times. Many pointed out that there is an option to select that you have an animal and someone from Lyft who picks up animals will take the reservation. But, it does cost more. But others pointed out that her dog is not a pet, it’s a service animal and by law, they cannot refuse the ride. Some stated that they would refuse the ride too because she didn’t let them know she had a dog and some drivers may have a fear of dogs or be allergic to them. So what’s the solution? Should she sue them for violating the ADA act? Should she pay more for an animal allowed ride and if so, why does she have to pay more? What would you do if you were her and, if you were the driver who didn’t want a dog in your car?

A family’s small dog named Muni Mya was attacked by a neighbor’s so-called service dog right outside their apartment building - the owner said her daughter Rihanna took the dog out to use the restroom and the large dog jumped off the patio and went straight for her neck while she was screaming for her life. The father came flying out of the apartment and neighbors who witnessed it caught it all on camera. They also have video of the same dog attacking another tenant and his dog on a separate occasion. The real question here is how a dog with a documented history of aggression toward other animals and people is being classified as a service animal - that title comes with privileges and access that a dangerous dog should never have. Service animal fraud is a very real problem in this country and innocent pets and people are paying the price for it. Do you think there should be stricter requirements to certify a service animal? And if you own a dog - do you have full control of your pet when you take it for a walk?

Should dogs be allowed in stores? This is the great debate. This man is calling out a shopper who has her dog in the shopping cart. He is claiming it’s not a service dog but rather a pet and shouldn’t be there. These days it’s hard to know which animals are actual service animals. Should they be allowed? Parts 2 and 3 in comments below.

A well-taken care of military is a well-protected nation, and nobody should turn a blind eye when our service men are seen not to be taken care of, says Peter Akah, advocate for a new Nigeria. #CTVMorningBrief

Bringing your dog into a restaurant is one thing. Encouraging it to put its mouth on the same counter where customers pick up their food is another. I don’t care how well-behaved your dog is. That’s a shared food service area, not your kitchen at home. Have a little respect for the people eating there.

More than a programme, Sebaashray-2 is a statement of principle about how care should be delivered and how it should never be denied. It rejects the comfort of postponement, because in healthcare, delay is injustice to those who cannot afford to wait. It rejects the impulse to judge illness, recognising that suffering is a human condition to be met with care and respect. It rejects leaving treatment to uncertainty, fortune, or the overstretched resilience of families who already shoulder profound emotional and financial burdens. And most importantly, it rejects the notion that vulnerability must bargain for dignity, or that a person in pain must plead, demonstrate, or validate their despair to receive compassion. Now, as Sebaashray-2 enters its 32nd day in Satghachia, its greatest message is consistency; service that does not appear and disappear, but service that stays. This is resolve. This is presence. This is trust built through continuity. #Sebaashray2 continues, rooted in people, purpose, and responsibility.

Stephen A. Smith breaks down how the WNBA is now TRAPPED after Enes Kanter Freedom and Royce White declared for the league. Not only do they risk LEGAL ACTION if they deny them entry, but the commissioner alone cannot take care of the issue. The players themselves have to help define who is and who is not eligible to play, and good luck to them on figuring that out 😂

Absolutely shameless.🤡 A TTE turning duty hours into reel-shooting time is a complete misuse of authority. Government uniform is not a costume for social media fame. Passengers deserve service, not staged content. If he wants to be an influencer, he should quit and do it full-time. Public service is about responsibility not reels. Enough is enough. A mail carrier was brutally attacked by a pit bull, and this is not something that should be taken lightly. A dog that attacks someone like this needs to be dealt with, and the owner should be held fully responsible for what happened.

“All other pleasures and possessions pale into nothingness before service which is rendered in a spirit of joy.” This idea of service is not abstract to me. It is visible on the ground, in places like Budge Budge, where #Sebaashray2 continues to function not as an obligation, but as a shared commitment carried with care and purpose. On Day 17, what stood out was not scale or spectacle, but the quiet confidence with which healthcare was delivered. Doctors, volunteers, and staff worked with an ease that comes only when service is internalised not imposed. That is the joy Mahatma Gandhi spoke of: ‘service performed with sincerity, not compulsion’. Sebaashray 2 reminds me every day that when service is rooted in care and responsibility, it leaves behind something lasting: trust, reassurance, and lives strengthened through care.

A sad dog tightly tethered to a no parking sign as his owner nods out in his tent. Maybe this is an unpopular opinion, but I do not believe drug addicts have the right to own a pet. If you can’t take care of yourself, you shouldn’t be responsible for anything or anybody else. Period.
